Assignment: Developing a Change Plan – Step 3, Vision and Strategy

This week, you will continue working on your change plan, focusing on Step 3 of Kotter’s eight-stage change process. Reflect on the change you are proposing in your Change Plan. Now, envision your organization or community in the future. Consider how your organization or community will be different if your change is enacted. What is your clear vision for the change you are suggesting and its impact on your organization?

 

For this stage of your Change Plan, you will put your vision for change into words. Assume you are writing a description of the organization or community you have selected for an industry magazine, as it will appear after all your suggested changes have been implemented.
