[Pay for Essay] – Discuss Management of the Positive & Negative Stressor

Journal writing is perhaps the most effective coping skill available to provide self-awareness about one’s perceptions and reactions to a negative and positive stressor that you have recently experienced. The journal entry must include a detailed description of one negative stressor and one positive stressor that is not the same stressor. (Example: positive stressor- Getting married. Negative stressor-getting fired from work). Each entry must be at least 250 words in length and each question must be answered to receive full credit. No credit will be given if both (-) and (+) are not recorded.
