Once you identified the research methodology that you will follow in your research (i.e., case study, action research, process improvement, etc.), make sure you develop all data collection instruments such as interview protocol, focus group protocol, survey instrument, and procedures for data collection used as sources of evidence (i.e., documentation, archival records, direct observations, participant observation, physical artifacts), and follow IRB requirements.
NOTE: I’ll ne working on the PHRP Certification while you develop the research strategy. I would like to use Survey Monkey to get after the data collection. Please refer to the attached instructions and provide recommendations.
