1. There is way too much on other leadership theory and not enough on “traits of strategic leaders” if this is in fact what he is studying (I am still unclear). He defines Leadership, Management, Organizational Success, and Transformational leadership (incomplete definition) with no definition of strategic leadership or the traits of a strategic leader?
2. The lit review is a literature survey on leadership from the great man theory to the current relationship leadership theory with scant mention of strategic leadership theories (he does talk about one). If he is using TL as SL, I recommend focusing on that in the literature review. I am unclear how the leader vs manager discussion fit in to the study.
3. The questions in the instrument do not, in my opinion, lead to information regarding traits of a strategic leader.

The purpose of this qualitative case study is to explore the impacts of leadership on the success of a small-scale business in the oral & maxillofacial surgery industry in time of the COVID-19 pandemic. In doing so, the proposed study will examine the relationship between the existing leadership culture of L.M.A. Cosmetic Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Services at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic and the organization’s overall success while identifying gaps in strategic leadership for its sustainable success.
Problem: Currently, there is a lack of knowledge on start-ups on best organizational leadership styles. Furthermore, studies have reported that leadership is associated with the concept of mobilizing people through different incentives to achieve an objective(s), there is a lack of a commonly established relationship between leadership and how the success of establishing running and maintaining an organization’s success are related. There are varied positions on the same, even if many studies tend to lean towards leadership styles like transformational ones.
